Run an instance. Clone the repo and npm install, then npm run pm2 (or npm run serve). The control plane comes up on :8080 — open /admin to create worlds and set your branding.

Join the private list. In /admin → Federation, set this hub's heartbeat URL and paste the publisher token the hub gives you. Your worlds then show up here under Private servers.
